Barley flakes 400 g

They are derived from cut barley grains during the special hydro-thermic process. Thanks to it, their preparing time is shortened. The attributes of small and crushed barley grains as porridges have been used as medicines for the different kinds of stomach afflictions, like indigestion and constipation. Barley flakes are the important source of proteins, minerals (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron) and vitamins. They include niacin, which have a great impact on our skin, while the Vitamins from group B improve our hair and nails. Their another very important ingredient is that it reduces cholesterol in the blood.
Barley flakes are an interesting substitute for another flakes with milk, yoghurt and fruit for nutritious breakfast. They may be used for porridges, muesli and cookies.
