Buckwheat cakes are made of 100% buckwheat groats. They do not contain aromas, additional raw materials or preservatives.

Apart from valuable complex carbohydrates they contain a lot of protein of high nutritional value – rich in lysine and tryptophan, which cannot be produced by our bodies itself. In addition, organic buckwheat cakes contain a lot of folic acid and zinc. They are also rich in manganese, potassium and phosphorus, so that our bodies can function properly. It is a valuable source of vitamin P, called a routine that strengthens and seals blood vessels.

Buckwheat cakes do not contain gluten so can be consumed by people suffering from celiac disease and using the gluten-free diet.
