Cheese noodles with semolina

Method of preparation:

Pour warm milk to semolina and leave to expand. Grate the cheese. Grind eggs with sugar, add some cheese, expanded semolina and flour so that the mass is like noodles made with a spoon. Start takingthe dough with a spoon and put in boiling water. Cook for a while. Serve with crumbs and butter, or cream. You can sprinkle with fine fruit.
