Method of preparation:

Wash the beans, pour cold water and leave for several hours, pour off the water, pour in some water again, cook and drain. Peel the onion, chop, fry in oil, then simmer for about 5 minutes, rinse the meat and cut into small pieces. Put the meat on boiling water than onion, chopped vegetables, bay leaf, season and cook on low heat. When the meat and vegetables are soft, add beans and beet juice, cook for a while, and serve with dill and sour cream.
