Mushroom soup with rice

Ingredients :

 

Method of preparation:

Cook the rice in the water with turkey broth cubes. Peel the chanterelle, wash and stew in butter. When the chanterelle are soft put them into the broth with rice and still cook for a while. Before serving sprinkle with the parsley and season to taste with freshly milled pepper.
