Casserole with barley groats

Method of preparation:

Cook the groats and drain. Fry the meat in oil, add water and fix. Stew for a while. Mix the groats in a bowl with a half of the grated cheese. The form grease with butter and sprinkle with crumbs. At the bottom of the form put the half of the groats and lightly press, prepared meat put on the groats and cover it with the rest of the groats. Sprinkle it with cheese and bake in hot oven for about 30 minutes. Serve the casserole with a tomato salad or ketchup.
