”Strogonow” with buckwheat groat

Method of preparation:

Cut the meat in the 5 cm lenght stripes, sprinkle with pepper, fried in soya oil. Remove the seed from the peppers and slice into strips and fry in oil. Then move the meat to saucepan and pour the broth. Cook until soft. At the end add concentrate, paprika and allspice. When the meat is soft add the cream, and when took from the cooker add the mustard. Note – do not cook with mustard because the food gets a bitter aftertaste.”Strogonow” should be served with cooked groats.
