Oat cookies

Method of preparation:

Mix the margarine with sugar. Add two whole eggs one at a time, sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Scatter the flakes on a tray, then put on them prepared dough balls (walnut size).Coat the balls with oat flakes. Put the baking paper on the bottom of the oven-pan. Put the cookies down , leaving between them a relatively large spaces. In the top of every ball put candied cranberry, or cherry. Bake approximately 20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 (°C).
