Muffins with blackberries on buckwheat
- 2 cups of buckwheat
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup ofmilk
- 0. 5 cup of Grapeseed Oil
- 150 gram of blackberries
Buckwheat grind in coffee grinder and sift it into a bowl. Add sugar, baking soda, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Mix, so everything is nicely merged.
Add the milk to the dry ingredients and slowly mix. After about a minute, add the eggs and continue to mix. Gradually add oil. Mix for about 5 minutes.
Blackberries wash and add to the dough. Gently mix all dough with a spatula. Put the molds for Cupcakes/muffins. Cookie cutters should be greased with breadcrumbs. Pour the dough to about 3/4 the height of the moulds.
Insert into preheated to 160 degrees oven. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the so-called dry cotton swab.
